I bought this jacket a couple of weeks ago at Forever 21 for $9.99. Yes I know, it's a store for the teens but I can't help walking through there on occasion to see if there's a gem waiting to be rescued from the clothing clutter and loud music. This cropped, houndstooth jacket works so well in my wardrobe, I've worn it at least 4 times in two weeks. I might just wear it today.
Since the jacket has a lot of style with its houndstooth print and cropped look, the black shirt and tuxedo pants create a sweet Work outfit. The green pumps add a little hint of color.
For Play, pair the jacket with a simple white tank, denim mini, and black slingbacks with a gold medallion. Now you're chic and ready for a day of shopping.
