When I saw this person, I immediately asked, "Why are you wearing pajamas?" His response, in a nutshell, was that he was traveling that day. Seriously? I understand the desire to be comfortable while you fly. You're stuck in those little seats, often between two people you'd rather not know on a personal basis. Believe me, I get it. But this look is just not acceptable for outside of the house. Ever!
I know my perception can be a little off sometimes so what do you think? Is this look travel appropriate?
PLEASE NOTE: This outfit is not actually a pair of pajamas. It's a button down shirt with matching pants!

From my personal opinion no, however being a former Airline employee, I have seen SO much worse. At least he actually matches. I swear some folks rolled out of bed and came to their flights, sans teeth-brushing and face washing, especially for the early morning flights. I say in the days of cashmere jogging suits and stylish sweat clothing, why travel like that? Especially since he has dress shoes on with the PJ outfit...not pimpin homie.

Ok Mo, you make a great point. It could be worse. So I will give him credit for putting forth some effort to look presentable. But here's the thing, it's not really pajamas. I think it's a shirt and matching pants. Eww! It's just so not cute to me. AT ALL! Can you say, "Old man leisure suit!" lol

LOL! LOL! LOL! As someone who has witnessed this very person, commit the same crime over and over and over, I have to laugh. I applaud you for making it available for others to see! This is an example of someone who has no contact with the fashion world....at all!

GIIIIIIIIIIIRRRRL Let us both issue this disclaimer: WE DO NOT USUALLY SWEAT OTHER'S PEOPLE'S STYLE--MUCH,BUT...
THESE MEN( NO DISRESPECT TO YOUR SUBJECT) HAVE GOT TO LET THOSE "GUY","SILKK", " TODAY"( AND ALL THE OTHER GUY R&B GROUPS FROM THE EARLY 1990'S) OUTFITS GO.
I WAS IN HIGH SCHOOL IN THE EARLY 90'S BUT MY SISTER UNFONDLY RECALLS CLUBBING AS AN EARLY 20 SOMETHING AND GUYS WITH THOSE FLOWING GARANIMAL OUTFITS( REALLY SHOWING AGE HERE) WOULD GET A LITTLE TOO CLOSE... AND LET'S JUST SAY THAT DUDES NEED NICE SLACKS OR JEANS--AIRLINE FLIGHTS BE DAMNED!!! :-)

It seems as those this post struck a nerve August Deed! lol I totally agree with you! I don't like women in matching shirts and pants ensembles and I think it's downright ridiculous for men. Let's leave the 90's in the past people!!

I would just like to point out before everyone goes hog wild with judging - I can't tell for sure since you blurred out his face, but that appears to be a South Asian man, because his clothes are a form of the traditional Indian/South Asian dress. If so, you can't really knock him...

Good point Mimi! Let me just say that I would never knock anyone's traditional or native dress. That would not be smart or cool. No Mimi, this person is not of Indian/South Asian decent. He is black like me. And I can assure you that this look is not the standard, traditional dress of black people. So you see, he's fair game. :)

Total fashion failure. If you're going to put in the effort to wear that, just wear a normal outfit, please.
