Yes, this is a picture of me. I won't give any excuses. I'll admit to my wrong doing. And these pants are just wrong! This pic is a great example of how pockets don't work on people who have hips and a butt. These pockets puckered as soon as I put them on. One way to correct this problem is to have the pockets sewn shut. Honestly, I shouldn't have bought them in the first place. Damn the Old Navy clearance rack!

OHHH For SHAME! Just kidding, I think I have found a way for women with butt and thighs to wear trouser pocket pants: if you buy a lower rise pant i.e. one with a shallow front and in a slightly larger size, the pants won't grip your buttocks and therefore pucker the pockets. I like to use the pockets in my pants and trousers so sewing them shut isn't an option.

Thanks for the tip Mo! I must have a irregular shaped butt because wearing the low-rise style in a larger size doesn't work for me. I think it's because my waist is kind of small and my pants tend to gap in the back. I'll keep trying though. Anything is better than the puckered pocket look! lol
