THE BEST OF STYLEnosh 2008!!!

Whew, it's been an exciting year! Remember that little thing called the presidential election? And I've experienced my own fantastic year writing this blog. This site has experienced a lot of traffic and support over the last year and I sincerely appreciate all of the love! It was a challenge to narrow down all of the posts from 2008 to a select few that would be categorized as the "best of" year. 

Here are my choices for the highlights of STYLEnosh 2008! 

Why Do Men Hate Women In Flip-Flops - This write up about my friend's disdain for women wearing flip-flops caused a lot of feedback. Apparently, everyone has an opinion about this warm weather staple. Since someone submitted a comment on this topic as recently as December 25th, I'm sure this debate will continue well into 2009.

Are You A Style Hater? - We all know them. Those coworkers and frenemies who sneer at you every time you enter the room being your fabulously gorgeous self. I call them Style Haters. And this post is a call to end their style destruction. 

Do We Dress Too Casually? - This post was one of my personal favorites because individual style is one of my favorite things to ponder. I believe we've gone too far with our casual, informal approach to wardrobe these days. And I'm just trying to motivate us to put a little effort into our look before we leave the house.

Is Your Wardrobe Holding You Back? - This topic is for those individuals who believe that the way you look doesn't matter. Trust me. It does!

Remembering a Personal Icon - My great-grandmother passed this summer after 90 years of living. And while losing a family member can be a sad, tragic event, her death reminded me to be strong and persevere in the pursuit of 

being me. And in the end, I too may have a long, prosperous life. Rest in peace Alberta!
