I really love this bag. Pairing it with a plain black tank and dark denim capris allows the color to just pop! I even wore it with matching red shoes, which is something I rarely (if ever) do. In the picture below, I'm wearing snake print D'Orsay kitten heels I found at TJ Maxx for $30. I've worn them obsessively ever since.
I feel like my love for this scrumptious bag somehow justifies my Kate Spade addiction.

Meow Noshbabe! A color accent makes the difference. I will work on my cream/beige purse thing. LOL!LOL!

I'm LH August Deed! That's laughing hysterically. I think we should definitely institute a no cream/beige handbag rule for you for your next purse purchase. :)

Nosh, you prolly already have it :-), but the July issue of Marie Claire has a great one page write up on Kate Spade and the changes to the line. IF you havn't bought it already, you can get your fix at Borders...its only one page, but you can appreciate it.

Thanks Mo! My subscription of Marie Claire should be hitting the mailbox any day now. I can't wait to read about my KS. I so heart her! lol

When did wearing capri's become acceptable?
Posted by: Lisa | June 08, 2009 at 09:36 PM
LOL Thanks Lisa, for asking that question. I'm glad someone is paying attention. As you know, I'm not a fan of capris. But I do have a couple pairs I bought back in 1999/2000. (Yes I've had them for almost 10 years.) The reason I still wear these is because while the don't hit the knee, which would be a better length for my height, they are fitted on the calf. Adding the heel definitely helps me look leaner too. So in general, capris are not my favorite item in the wardrobe but sometimes you can work around what you got! lol As long as the fit is good of course. :) Good catch Lisa! Keep the nosh lady on her toes!!
