Yesterday began my first full, 4-week boot camp session. And this is what I look like on day one. Notice anything different?
I've talked a little bit in the past couple of months about working out with my sister's boot camp company and the dietary changes I've implemented under her guidance. So now that I'm in Florida and all wrapped up in the business, it's time to monitor my progress. This is my before picture. And at the end of July, I'll post an after shot. Since I'm back to eating at least 70% raw foods, we should definitely notice a reduction in size and stored body fat.
If you're looking for phenomenal information on fitness ideas and eating tips, check out my sister's blog at Winner-or-Whiner. She makes a point of diseminating new information about health and fitness with the goal of pushing you past the same stuck place you continue to find yourself in. A don't be surprised if reaching your fitness goals causes you to excel in other areas of your life.
Oh, I almost forgot. I found this army green dress at Target for $6.24 on the clearance rack. It's the perfect piece to buy when you're losing weight and your clothes start to get a little too big. Later this week I'll talk more about how to deal with that fantastically annoying problem.

Go Nosh!

Thanks Mo!!! You know I'll keep you posted on my results. I'm thinking about posting a bikini pic at the end of 4 weeks.

First I did apologize to August Deed two for saying her big bum had cellulite--she says that since she is fine and sexy and looks good in her clothes most of the time( LAFF) it was cool.
I am a boot camper two to three times a year. I admire the vegan route you take in addition to the work out( are you conducting sessions?) but it did not set well with my tummy when I tried it several times. I need to reduce my 35% body fat.
The dress is cute--look forward to what you share. $6.94 is great!

Hey August Deed! I'm glad you gave your sis an apology. I thought it was hilarious that you even brought up her "fitted" clothes. But I guess that's what sister do. We tell each other what we really feel. lol I'll definitely keep you posted on my workout/eating habit results. I'm shaped like a sprinter with decent muscles but my body fat comp is 27%! I couldn't believe it when my sister told me. I almost called her a liar and a cheat! lmao But the goal is to get it down to 24 or 25%. I can definitely say eating out of the refrigerator and not the cupboards (almost all fruits and veggies with a lean protein at night), gives your body the chance to burn off some of that stored fat.
