Banana Republic - Outerwear is 30% off until Sunday, November 22nd.
Liz Claiborne - Take up to 40% off of select styles. You may want to also check out the final sale section. Normally, I'm not a fan of the no exchange, no refund policy. But there seems to be a deal or two worth checking out on this site.
