Looking back on this week's wardrobe I realized, I pretty much unintentionally wore the same concept all week. But that's a good thing because I emphasized one of my greatest assest: my small waist.
What's your greatest assest? What's the thing that you always get compliments on? Dress around that.
MONDAY
I clearly don't look rested on this pic. Must get proper amount of sleep!
Anyhoo, I have a lot of pattern on in this outfit. Polka-dots, pinstripes, and a black snake-skin belt. Is it too much pattern at once? I don't think so. Push things. Shake it up. If you make a wardrobe misstep, just correct it the next day.
TUESDAY
Button-down shirt with blazer. Check. Skinny belt. Check. Dress trousers. Most definitely, it's cold!
WEDNESDAY
Continuing with the pink theme from the previous day, I paired the pink shirt with an old pair of tuxedo pants that still look pretty good. And this blazer is one of the first ones I purchased from Goodwill many months ago. The $2.47 investment was worth the wait!
THURSDAY
The pink theme lives on! I added the bow-tie blouse to give the outfit another interesting detail. And there's that skinny belt, of course.
FRIDAY
Friday is here! And I'm a little more casual. I like this jacket more with these fitted, print pants. Thanks to all of you who told me to keep the jacket!
